Prevention Team’s Aging Wisely Project
Step into your next chapter with purpose and strength. The Hero’s Journey (Aging Wisely) program for adults age 55+ is more than education - its a path toward wellness, connection, and community. Together, we break down stigma around addiction , reduce loneliness, and open doors to support when it’s needed. Through FREE 6 week, fun filled 2 hour workshops, shared stories, and wellness activities, you’ll discover that every hero’s journey continues - with courage, with wisdom and with each other.

Anyone can reach out with questions or concerns regarding a topic. They can be provided with information or linked to services.
Prevention through Safety Education & Awareness
We have a Narcan Trainer available for you to talk to and share a training.
We can get to you Narcan, Fentanyl and Xylitol test strips, Deterra pill disposal bags, and Locking Pill Bottles.
Prevention Specialists are trained in SBIRT (Screening, Brief Intervention, Referral for Treatment) if you are worried about your own use.
